Ok, so I wanted to try Little city with a few..changes. we'll see how it goes.

Spells:18

3x Book of Moon

2x Wrath of Neos
2x O-Oversoul
2x E-Emergency Call
1x Mystical Space Typhoon
1x Heavy Storm

Traps: 10
3x Threatening Roar
3x Dimensional Prison
2x Bottomless Trap Hole
1x Mirror Force
1x Torrential Tribute

The deck has had no testing and is just an idea. could be a really cool deck, could flop. Really would like to know everyone's idea on it, though.

No Gemini Spark, no Oppression...I'm not so sure. Plus you have no way to move an in hand neos to the grave.

looks good but i agree with eric. add some oppressions and the spark, you were so pumped about that card, and then your not even running it.
